Named for the legendary mountain man Jedediah Strong Smith, this full-size hunting knife reflects the rugged spirit of the American frontier. Each “Jed” is hand forged from alternating layers of 1084 and 15N20 high-carbon steel, creating a distinctive Damascus pattern unique to every blade. Paired with a rich wenge hardwood handle and solid brass guard, the result is a dependable field knife built for generations of use.
